Am I correct that the Digital Signage SLA did not make the list for review this round? But will be available for review at some point “over the Spring 2016 term”?
And after the SLAs are reviewed and approved, will all the documents be available at this web page – http://it.unm.edu/sla/ ?

Digital Signage was not on the KSA Enterprise Service list. This current effort is to complete and distribute for review SLAs covering services on that list. As existing SLAs are up for review that we will likely follow a similar process for review and input.
The intention is to post the SLAs as they are finalized. The location of the posted SLAs will be communicated but will likely be tied to the url you mention above.

Ann,
I think there’s some lack of clarity for the UNM community on the timelines for the SLAs:
- Is it that all or the majority of the SLA drafts must be published for comment by the end of February? With comments and redrafting, consideration by IT Agents, etc., to take place now and past Feb. 29 as is appropriate to this level of discussion?
- Or is it the case that not only the drafts, but all discussion and revision ends on Feb. 29 for all SLAs?

The agreements we released for review by 2/12 was the first group of SLAs. We have 3 more groups of documents to be released over the coming months. The next group is scheduled for release on 2/29, the third group will be released on 3/21 and the last group on 4/18 to meet the deadlines outlined in the President’s memo that Gil shared.

Our schedule for the next three groups includes a few more days for review but it is still a short turn around time to meet the schedule.
