What recommendations do we have for campus on hardware for work from home?
– Support folks/check out laptops priority?
– Can desktops be taken home
– What about internet service – hardwire versus wifi, capabilities and service costs?
– What services require VPN
– How will patches be managed remotely
– Zoom (requires a client and advance prep needed)
– LMS instruction?
– Microsoft Teams
– What applications need to be available and what is needed to do that?
– BYOD (Software implications, Information security concerns)
– License verification? Machines do need to connect to the domain every 60 days – how do we handle?
