Under Technology and Upgrades, should this phrase: “address ADA technology requests as they become known, such as captioning or assisted listening” be more focused on ADA compliance for the system itself (rather than the content within the system)? Or perhaps be rephrased to state that content owners should address ADA technology requests as they become known? I am just trying to distinguish between the department offering the technology that hosts the content and the content itself. The onus for making content accessible would be on the owner of that content.
