The Process section is intended to allow for continuous discussion on the overall SLA and Standard development process that is not specific to an individual SLA or Standard. Please post general process oriented comments here.
It is also a section to capture any process related questions for a particular service that are not directly related to the SLAs or Standards. For example, during the review of the Master Hardware SLA there were a few comments related to Purchasing process that UNM IT will address.
